If you believe that you have been subject to unlawful discrimination, you may report the facts of the incident(s) to the SFWAR Executive Director via email (ED@sfwar.org) or by mailing a written complaint to SFWAR, 3543 18th Street #7, San Francisco, CA 94110, ATTN: Executive Director. Reports can be made anonymously. Reports should be made promptly, so SFWAR can immediately investigate, verify facts, and take actions. SFWAR will also take actions to deter any future discrimination. All reports will be kept confidential, under the exclusive control of the Executive Director, to the extent possible subject to the necessary disclosures associated with investigating a report. Complaints may also be filed with federal and state agencies.
